    Damn i didn't knew about Federal Emergency Management Agency but that's really amazing and it shows how things might evolve in the future, if this is true.

    here comes a map of their sites (looks amazingly too much for something that is not used yet - should mostly be military camps or something) :



    So finally anyone has some trusted source about the final purpose of it ? was it some old military camps or USA predicts hard times on the battlefield ?
