Default Access is denied - Deleting a virus?

Well, I have a virus on my computer by the name of svchost.exe My norton and Malwarebytes both caught it, neither of them could get rid of it... I now have to run my computer in safe mode, just to get on it... I tried deleting it through command prompt ("del svchost.exe") But it said access is denied... If I boot my computer normally it just blue screens about 30 seconds after startup. IF you have any solution to my problem please help...

Unlike the actual Svchost it is in C:\Windows, Instead of C:\Windows\System
So thats how I know its the virus... I can't delete it though...

It could be a totally different problem though, all I know is when I boot my computer without safe-mode it will blue screen about 1-2 minutes after it turns on...

    Windows 7
    64 bit
    8 GB RAM
    3.7GHZ 4 cores

combofix is good, as cobra said.

Otherwise save important files while in safe-mode and format your hdd. A clean windows installation cant be wrong.
I am aware of the repercussions of cheating, and will do my utmost best to ensure I do not cheat.

I have something called "Take ownership" that runs commands that give me complete read/write/execute etc. rights to the file. It's basically added to the "right mouse click" menu. You should probably look that up too, or atleast write down the commands that you can run to edit file security permissions
